After graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Mr. Chan spent several years with Pricewaterhouse-Coopers and Ernst & Young. He was qualified as a certified public accountant in 1985 and set up his own CPA practice under the name of C.C. Chan & Company in the following year. In 1995, he merged his firm with the then Glass Radcliffe and formed the new partnership Glass Radcliffe Chan. In 2003, the partnership further merged with Baker Tilly Purserblade Asia Ltd. and thereafter practised under the name Baker Tilly Hong Kong. Prior to leaving Baker Tilly Hong Kong in 2006, Paul had been the partner in charge of the Greater China Business ever since the merge. Mr. Chan has gained extensive knowledge and experience in auditing listed companies, IPO projects, B share audit, internal audit and Sarbane-Oxley services.

Mr. Fung is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong. After graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, he spent several years in the audit division of Hong Kong PricewaterhouseCoopers. He then joined the commercial field and gained his extensive commercial experience from working as the key accounting and financial officer in several listed companies in Hong Kong; and their businesses included banking, publication, movie production, manufacturing, property, printing and media. He is knowledgeable and well experienced in auditing, taxation, financial control, operational management and group consolidation. Mr. Fung obtained his master degree in Professional Accounting in 2000 from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Currently, he is Honorable auditor of various non-profit making organizations in Hong Kong.

Mr. Ho studied in UK in his early years and articled in a sizable and reputable Chartered Accountants firm in UK. At age 23, he successfully passed all examinations of ACCA. In 1991, he returned to Hong Kong and joined KPMG Peat Marwick. Later, he joined a local accountants office and became a partner of the firm. During his stay in UK, he received comprehensive professional training and had a thorough understanding towards the applications of UK accounting standards, laws and taxation as well as business practices and management culture. In addition to his extensive years of professional experience, he is well-versed in handling audit and taxation matters. Moreover, he possesses in-depth knowledge in profits tax issues in Hong Kong. He also actively involved in community and charitable services. In 97/98 and 98/99, he was the President of the Rotary Club of Kingspark Hong Kong.

Mr. Ngan has more than twenty five years’ experience in audit, accounting and corporate finance in various organizations. He has held senior accounting and finance positions in various trading and manufacturing companies in Hong Kong which are listed companies in Hong Kong or Singapore. Prior to joining our firm, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Valuetronics Holdings Limited, a company listed on Singapore Stock Exchange (“SGX”). He joined Valuetronics Holdings Limited in 2004 and has successfully brought it to IPO on SGX in March 2007.

She then joined the commercial field and gained extensive commercial experience both in Hong Kong and overseas. She has extensive experience in auditing, tax and accounting services. Ms. Kwok is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Ms. Kwok obtained her master degree in Professional Accounting in 2000 from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr. Wu graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1980. He has more than 28 years extensive working experience in a Big 4 CPA firm and served listed companies both in Mainland and Hong Kong, and subsidiaries of multinational corporations. Mr. Wu specializes in providing auditing and assurance services, financial due diligence reviews, support services for merger and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and fund raising engagements. He was the co-leader of the Public Offering Group in Greater China before he left the Big 4 in early 2009.

Mr. Wu has assisted more than 40 companies successfully listed in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen and United States, and has also provided financial consulting services to a number of listed companies in Hong Kong.

Mr. Cheng was born in Hong Kong and had stayed in Vancouver and Sydney for many years. He graduated from York University in Canada and received his MBA in Australia. He specializes in the areas of auditing, management, immigration consulting as well as tax planning. Fred was trained at Big 4 and works extensively in immigration, financing and international taxation.

Ms. Leung started her professional career in 1991 by joining the auditing division of Ernst & Young and obtained extensive auditing experience from a wide range of businesses, in both Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. She worked with professional development team of Ernst & Young Shanghai from 1997 till 2003. Throughout the years, Ms. Leung had specialised in the development and delivery of training courses held for both local and expatriate audit professionals. She had also participated in various external accounting seminars.

Prior to joining World Link CPAs, Mr. Tong was the Chief Operating Offer of New World CyberBase responsible for the operations of PowerPhone and eHongKong.com. He also acted as executive directors for a number of reputable listed and private companies in Hong Kong including Sa Sa International Holdings, the Giordano Group, Dickson Group and the Swank Shop Group etc. He has extensive experience in marketing and business development.

Mr. Xu obtained both his Law degree and Business Management degree in Shanghai. He specializes in providing corporate services such as setting up entities in PRC, licences application, recruitments and the PRC Labour Law.

While Mr. Kwok is a Chinese CPA, he also specializes in PRC tax and customs laws. He is a popular speaker in seminars organized by professional bodies and chambers both in Hong Kong and PRC.

Ms. Chen received her Bachelor degree in Management (Accountancy) in Guangzhou and has several years’ working experience as accounting executive in foreign entities in China. She is responsible for providing corporate services such as accounting, taxation, entity formation.
