Junior Auditor

- University graduate, major in Accountancy

- Student member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA (Aust.)

- Audit experience preferred but not a must

- Proficient in MS Office

- Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese

- Willing to work outside Hong Kong (if required), especially in China

Senior Auditor / Audit Supervisor

- Degree holder, major in accounting

- Professional qualification (associate/student member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Au.)     is an advantage

- At least 5 years working experience in audit and tax fields

- Able to handle a client portfolio independently

- Good command in English and Putonghua

- Interpersonal and communication skill

- Work outside Hong Kong (if required), especially in China and Taiwan

- Self-motivated, independent, willing to work under pressure

Manager - Company Secretarial Services

- Member or Associate member of ICSA / HKICS

- At least 6 years relevant experience in professional firm

- Well-versed in Companies Ordinance, other statutory & regulatory requirements      of HK and overseas companies, listings rules, practical knowledge of corporate    governance

- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese(including    Putonghua)

- Proficiency in MS office softwares, CSA and Chinese word processing

- Mature, independent, well-organized and excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership & supervisory skill, able to work under pressure

**Finalist of ICSA / HKICS with sufficient experience will also be considered. Salary and title will commensurate with qualification and experience.
